Rosebud Construction, Inc. (RCI) is a tribally owned construction company serving the Rosebud Reservation and surrounding communities.
RCI was chartered in 2016 as a subsidiary of the Rosebud Economic Development Corporation (REDCO) to support economic development and serve the interests of REDCO and the members of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
BUILDING RCI FOR THE FUTURE
RCI is entering a new chapter.
Our current direction is focused on building a lean, disciplined construction company centered on the work our crew and equipment are prepared to execute successfully.
Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, RCI is concentrating on clearly defined construction scopes, accurate estimating, strong project management, quality workmanship, and dependable execution.
When a project requires specialized trades outside our self-perform capabilities, RCI works with qualified partners and subcontractors rather than representing those services as work performed directly by our crew.

RCI is intentionally growing around a sustainable operating model. That means pursuing projects that match our capabilities, maintaining a lean permanent workforce, utilizing our existing equipment effectively, and building strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, Tribal programs, agencies, and businesses.
We believe long-term growth comes from reliability, accountability, and earning the opportunity to do the next project.
ROOTED IN ROSEBUD
RCI's connection to Rosebud is central to who we are.
As a REDCO subsidiary, RCI exists within a broader Tribal economic-development structure. Our goal is to build a sustainable construction business that creates local capacity, performs quality construction work, and contributes to economic activity within the Rosebud Reservation and surrounding region.
